Materials such as Mortars, Epoxies, Resins, Vinyl and Tiles are hard to remove from concrete. By using the stripping technology, we can remove the toughest to the stickiest coating and/or topping.


Concrete Floor Milling is the bulk removal of concrete (between 2mm and 50mm deep) from a concrete floor.
Concrete milling machines leave a coarse texture that is suitable for relaying tiles.
There are a number of reasons concrete floors are milled. The first is if the concrete slab is in poor condition and require the top 5mm to 25mm removed as a part of flooring restoration.

Typical Concrete Milling Applications :
• Leveling of uneven surfaces.
• Deep and precise removal of concrete, resin, asphalt, etc.


Scarification is used to grind high spots off concrete and remove tough and thick flooring systems up to 2.5mm including epoxy resurfacers and urethane elastomeric systems.
The Scarifying process is used to remove contaminants, coatings, adhesives, and paint.
It is also very useful for preparing problem areas on concrete slabs: burned areas, high spots, curled joints, excessive trowel marks, trip hazards, etc.

Method uses metal or carbide disks that rotate at high speeds and level uneven floors and edges of concrete.

• Removal of adhesives, glues and thick film coatings.
• Ideal for road marking removal.
• Etching, cleaning, paint removal on almost any surface.

Shotblasting is the process of blasting a concrete surface with steel shot (small steel balls) at a high velocity.
This removes contamination and laitance (soft concrete) to reveal a mechanical profile for improved bonding.
